Excellent used car dealership, very polite. A no pressure salesman

Roy was a very polite and trustworthy salesman, I part exchanged a car and he gave me the going rate from Auto Trader on my purchase and 6 months warranty. He did the car tax for me online so I did not have that problem to deal with. The car was prepared ready for me to take for a test drive with a new 12 month MOT and service. The car I purchased was a good price in very good condition and the deal was done in less than a day. I rang up enquiring about the car late afternoon on the Thursday and drove my new car home the following afternoon.

Really good customer service, from when I first called I was talked through the ins and outs of the vehicle I was enquiring about, to when I came to collect the car and was made to feel welcome and at ease through the purchase. Love the car!

Picked up a car at a very good price.

Very pleasant experience. Roy a most likeable chap. No pressure to buy, nice and relaxed. Picked up a car at a very favourable price compared to others of a similar spec. Roy brought the car to his home near to where I also live, where I took delivery of it, saving me a 2-hour train journey to Aylesbury. Car came with a 12 month warranty as well. Would recommend this company, and would use again.

I went to 3 other company's, 1 offered between 19,000 and 20,000 but the car had to be under 100,000 and under 12 year by the end of the contract then went to another that car was £13,990 they would finance the car but would only offer £11,000 so starting to get frustrated I tried again I had a Nissan X-trail worth £11,000 and paying £425 per month yet the last company I tried would only offer £4000. feeling frustrated and getting nowhere and hearing "we make buying a car easier" I was ready to give up. I then got a call from Aylesbury motor I told them my story they listened I then got a premium finance company with a 4.9% for a £17,000 Discovery 4 HSE sport Reg 13 under 100,000. These guy's work their best for the CUSTOMER you cant ask for any more they are a pleasure to deal with I drove 400 miles to them and it was very worthwhile so all I can say is. If you having trouble and need help call The A-Team, the Aylesbury motor Team. I couldn't be any happier and grateful to them.
